5K / 10K tips
A sub-25-minute 5K needs 5:00/km. A sub-50 10K needs the same pace held twice as long.
Negative splits (second half faster) usually beat going out too hard. Aim to hit goal pace, not exceed it, in the first km.
Use "Find time" with your training pace to set a realistic race goal before signing up.
