Accessibility tips
For accessibility audits: run OCR on images without alt text to identify what they say and write proper alt attributes for them.
Infographics with text-as-image are common accessibility failures. Use OCR to extract the content and rewrite it as accessible HTML.
For PDFs with scanned pages, OCR every page and provide a text version as a separate file — required by many compliance standards (WCAG, Section 508).
The plaintext output can be copied into ARIA labels, alt text fields, or transcript files for video captions.
