Email tips
Most email providers enforce a 10–25 MB total message limit. Keep all image attachments combined well under 5 MB to be safe.
1200 px wide is ideal for email body images — it displays sharply on high-DPI screens while staying a reasonable file size.
JPEG works in every email client. PNG can be 5× larger for photos — use PNG only for logos or graphics that require transparency.
Images under 200 KB open without delay even on slow corporate webmail connections and mobile email apps.
