For 400m track repeats, use lap recording for each lap. The fastest/slowest lap highlighting shows consistency — top athletes vary by less than 1 second.

Swimming sets: lap at each 100m or 200m interval. Compare lap times to identify whether you fade in the back half of long sets.

Cycling intervals: time your power efforts (e.g., 5 × 5 minutes at threshold). The lap button captures each effort separately for analysis.
