Good slugs are short, descriptive, and lowercase with hyphens. Aim for 3–5 words that describe the content. Avoid stop words like "the", "a", "of".
The slug is the most permanent part of a URL. Once published and indexed, changing it breaks inbound links. Choose carefully before publishing.
