Documents tips

📝

Traditional document outlines use Roman numerals for top-level sections: I, II, III, IV. Generate any numeral and verify it's correct before use.

📚

Book chapter numbering often uses Roman numerals. Generate numbers for long books — XXIV (24), XLVIII (48), or even C (100) for long works.

💡

Legal documents, contracts, and formal reports commonly use Roman numerals for section headings. Verify each one here to avoid the common IV/VI confusion.

🔢

The "from-Roman" mode lets you decode a section number you're looking at — useful when navigating a document to find a specific numbered section.
