Sometimes you need to see what's really inside a file — its header bytes, a magic number, or some embedded text. This shows a classic hex dump, all in your browser.

You drop in any file
The first 64 KB are read into memory locally — never uploaded.

The bytes are laid out
Each row shows the offset, 16 bytes in hexadecimal, and their printable ASCII representation, just like a desktop hex editor.

The leading bytes are checked against common magic-number signatures (PNG, PDF, ZIP, MP4, ELF, and more) to identify the real file type.
