Some legacy CMSes (older WordPress, certain enterprise systems) only accept HTML. Write your post in Markdown for ergonomics, convert here, then paste.
The "HTML source" view gives raw HTML ready to paste. The "Preview" view lets you verify it renders correctly before publishing.
For WordPress block editor: use the "Custom HTML" block and paste the converted output. Avoids the visual editor mangling your markup.
Clean class-free HTML pastes well into most rich text editors — they apply their own styling rather than fighting yours.
