Most "metadata remover" sites upload your files to do this — defeating the purpose. This one works entirely in your browser.

Metadata segments are parsed out
For images, the EXIF/XMP/IPTC segments and comment chunks are removed directly from the file structure — the image data is left byte-for-byte intact, so there is zero quality loss.

Documents are stripped clean
PDFs have their title, author, producer, and XMP metadata cleared via pdf-lib. Office files (which are ZIP archives) have their core, app, and custom property files wiped via JSZip.
